| CAIPIRINHA 1 lime, cut into wedges 2 teaspoons sugar 4 ounces Cachaca (Cachaca is a sugar cane spirit from Brazil) |

Place lime wedges in a tumbler, add sugar, and muddle it into the lime. Add the cachaca. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Fill a glass with ice. Pour caipirinha over ice and garnish glass with a lime wedge. |

| LI HING
MARGARITA 1 1/2 oz tequila 1/2 oz orange flavored liqueur 1 Oz lime juice 1 1/2 oz sweet and sour mix 1/2 ozmango puree 2 teaspoons li hing mui powder |

Fill a blender with ice, add all the ingredients, except the powder, and blend. Rim a glass with li hing mui powder and serve immediately. |

| VOLCANO juice of 1/2 limes 1/2 glass Cola 1/2 glass Bacardi® 151 rum 1 jigger Everclear® alcohol |

| Put
the juice of 1/2 Lime in glass, then pour in cola and bacardi dark. Top up with
Everclear. Light. Be extremely careful with flaming drinks! |

| THE ORIGINAL MANHATTAN 1/4 oz rye or bourbon whiskey 3/4 oz sweet vermouth 1 dash Angostura bitters 1 Maraschino cherry Lemon peel |

| Fill a
mix glass with ice. Add the whiskey, sweet vermouth, and bitters. Stir
vigorously until the glass is extremely cold. Put a maraschino cherry in a
cocktail glass. Twist the lemon peel over the glass and drop it in or leave it
out depending on your preference. Strain the drink over the cherry and serve
immediately. |

| NEGRONI 1 oz gin 1 oz sweet vermouth 1 oz Campari® bitters |

Stir together with ice. Strain into chilled cocktail glass 3/4 full with cracked ice. Add a splash of soda water if desired. Garnish with slice of orange. |
